I’ve been on a documentary-watching spree… mostly due to my future husband, who insists on watching things other than “what’s on TV tonight?” This usually means watching a movie, which is either an action flick or some weird documentary he heard about on set. But a few nights ago, it was lady’s choice and I did something I’d usually never do: I picked a documentary. Sure, it was about Ayrton Senna, the legendary Formula One driver that just happens to be Brazilian, but it was a documentary nonetheless.
Friends, do yourselves a favor and queue this one up on your streaming list. It’s an amazing story about a man who was a driving genius, and died much too young on the race course. And for the ladies, Mr. Senna is very pleasing to look at. I remember when he died, it was a national tragedy, and it marked my childhood. This documentary puts it all into perspective, and is a dynamic tear-jerker that you’ll be sure to recommend to your friends.
You can learn more about it on the Senna Movie website.
